Spiking and Rolling Greens

With weather conditions as we have at the moment we took the opportunity to spike, or slice the greens. We used a toro sand pro with a spiking/slicing attachment. The slices were about 3/4 inch deep.
After the spike process we left the holes opened for a few hours to allow the greens to breath, we then rolled the greens so the surfaces were ready for the following day's play.
The image above shows a green after the spiking/slicing.
And here is the end result, to the eye it is almost unnoticeable. The whole process took around 5 hours.
