Day 6

With rain and storms predicted around lunch the PGA tour moved tee times forward to 730 am, so to say it was a early morning rise and shine would be a understatement. We all assembled at the agronomy department for the 5 am meeting and hit the course. Our mechanic David Blowers manufactured some portable light kits that we could place around bunkers so our team of volunteers had some idea what they were doing.
All things considered it was a succesful morning and play was underway at 730.
As was the prediction rain moved in just as we started our pm shift. Never less there was work to be done and I must say thank you to all East Lake staff and volunteers for sticking it out in the rain.
